I don’t know about you, but for years I struggled to believe that God could love me. I walked away from my faith in my early 20’s and spent the next 10 years running from God. You know what I found out? You can’t outrun the perfect, unfailing love of God.

It wasn’t until I had my first child, my only son, that I understood God’s love. As I looked into the sweet face of my child I finally understood what unconditional love looked like. I finally grasped how God could love me, in spite of my sin, in spite of my failure and rebellion.  I am His child. I didn’t choose Him – He chose me.

Do you KNOW God loves you? Following Jesus is about relationship, not religion. Are you running from His love? Stop running! Turn around and embrace His forgiveness. Once you have met Him nothing else will ever fill that place in your heart reserved for His presence.
